During a relaxed half-day outing, we head into the forest to see what the season offers weather it is berries or mushrooms.
In the evening, we prepare and enjoy the harvest together as part of dinner. Depending on the time of year, it might be a traditional Finnish mushroom sauce, a blueberry dessert or whipped lingonberry porridge. If the forest is quiet, we complement with preserved treats from earlier in the season.
